(Chairman and MD)

Mr. Ashok Kumar brings over 28 years of exemplary professional experience to Latyan combining technical expertise, extensive construction knowledge, management skills and strategies. The journey found its inception at Unitech in 1989 and trailed forward to The Leela Group in 1992. The year 1994 saw the venture of a new company established by Mr. Ashok Kumar under the brilliant guidelines of his elder brother, Mr. Ajay Choudhary. Since then there was no retracing of his steps and the journey shows today numerous fruition of achievements in the construction field.
